New Life Ministry (NLM) is a non-governmental, nonprofit registered organization. NLM is Lahore based organization which is committed at rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) for ensuring their participation in social activities. In this regard, since its inception on March 23, 2003, NLM has launched different projects for the rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities in Lahore and its adjoining areas as well.

As the organization's main mandate is to provide rehabilitation services, medication, skill training and hostel facility, however, NLM is also playing its part to educate regarding the basic rights. In this connection, NLM has conducted seminars, group discussions, workshops, exposures visits for experience exchange and participated in other organizations activities relevant to our objectives.

NLM believes that the process of the change is a slow process which takes too much time but to bring a radical change we must not stop our struggle. Through different interventions with the support of different organizations, locally and internationally, NLM is playing its part towards breaking the culture of silence and myths which has been prevailed in the society and making the persons with disabilities, particularly women with disabilities more marginalized. Therefore, we are quite satisfied that in our limited resources, we are performing/fulfilling our duty as per our capacity.

New Life Ministry (NLM) is determined to take care of children with physical disabilities. We are working for their betterment for the last 15 years. In these years we have had 120 children.

New life ministry has a hostel facility which provides the persons with disabilities an opportunity to live together. Practically all of these children come from poor families who cannot afford to take care of these children with special needs. These children are very sensitive because of their disability when they come to NLM they find it easy to adjust because they come among the children who are suffering from the same problems.

DOD Welcome home-small.jpg

A welcoming home for our Troops.

Welcoming home our men and women doesn't end after the crowd disperses, it MUST continue on for the life of the Veteran! They've served us, now we will serve them with programs that work so they reintegrate into society.

We are a national public benefit nonprofit organization that educates American Communities about best practices to serve Veterans.  We honor their service by empowering Veterans to apply their training and skills to successfully transition to productive careers and enterprises.

We provide free vocational training 24/7 to all of our members through our website, in addition to local events.  We believe the tenet that American Communities are the ultimate beneficiaries when Veterans claim their benefits and invest in productive endeavors.

The SWVBRC enlists the support of members of local Communities like you to increase Veteran awareness of the value of obtaining a VA card and receiving earned benefits.

Sponsorships, donations, volunteers and support from communities like yours enable us to reach out to Veterans and empower them to transition back into successful, productive enterprises that ultimately benefit all Americans and support future generations.
