Our community is comprised of four directories:

Founding Community Directory

Business Directory

Community Directory

Learner Directory

Each directory allows you to isolate your search; however, while visiting a directory you can use the "search box" to type in a keyword and only those items having that keyword will appear.

Description of each Directory:

Founding Community Directory - Prior to December 1, 2008, anyone that registered were designated as our Founding Community. They will forever appear as part of our growing history as the Founders of the world's largest online connection Where Communities Serve Veterans.

You can also view the United States map to learn which states are founding states and the date we registered with the listed states. Our goal is to register with every state to extend our services and support to every community and Veteran across the nation.

Business Directory - Our doors are kept open by all of our community participants empowered by our Business Community that provide donated valuable services and/or financial support. This directory is a list of your community business owners that demonstrate their support to empower you to serve Veterans. Please express your gratitude to our Business Community every chance you get.

Community Directory - To simplify your search this directory includes all directories. Using the "search box" you can type in just about any item to isolate your search, such as city, state or military branch, etc. Learn the pulse of your community by typing in your city to see if there is anyone you know.

Learner Directory - This is the focus of our effort. This directory lists all the Veterans that have signed on as Learners. Our first Learner was Samuel Luna from Fallbrook California. Mr. Luna signed on as a Learner during our Grand Opening on November 1, 2008, in honor of Veterans Day.

Thank you for your interest in our community and we hope you had a pleasant visit to our website.

DOD Welcome home-small.jpg A welcoming home for our Troops.

Welcoming home our men and women doesn't end after the crowd disperses, it MUST continue on for the life of the Veteran! They've served us, now we will serve them with programs that work so they reintegrate into society.

We are a national public benefit nonprofit organization that educates American Communities about best practices to serve Veterans.  We honor their service by empowering Veterans to apply their training and skills to successfully transition to productive careers and enterprises.

We provide free vocational training 24/7 to all of our members through our website, in addition to local events.  We believe the tenet that American Communities are the ultimate beneficiaries when Veterans claim their benefits and invest in productive endeavors.

The SWVBRC enlists the support of members of local Communities like you to increase Veteran awareness of the value of obtaining a VA card and receiving earned benefits.

Sponsorships, donations, volunteers and support from communities like yours enable us to reach out to Veterans and empower them to transition back into successful, productive enterprises that ultimately benefit all Americans and support future generations.

The Internal Revenue Service has determined that Southwest Veterans' Business Resource Center, Inc. is an organization exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. A donation to SWVBRC, Inc. is deductible to the extent permitted under law.
