    VETERANS PARK APARTMENTS

     444 W. COMMERCIAL STREET, POMONA, CA 91768

    VETERANS PARK is an affordable apartment project for families of veterans and homeless veterans only in the City of Pomona, CA. This project is currently under construction and will be appx. 22 months in duration. Consists of 61 units, 3 residential levels Type VA construction over 1 level concrete podium and related sitework.

    The project goal is to meet or exceed $1,200,000 in DVBE subcontracts and/or purchase orders.

    Requires State and Federal Residential Prevailing Wages and HUD Section 3 commitment. 

     Preliminary wage determinations for purposes of bidding are provided in the Bid package.

    If you are new to AMCAL, please complete a pre-qualification package and include with your bid. This package is located in the bid packages folder that is available with the download of files sent to you.

    A preliminary schedule will be provided indicating rough start, dependency and finish dates.  AMCAL reserves the right to modify the schedule as needed.

    Subcontracts will be awarded on a standard AMCAL Subcontract Agreement Form.
