Chris, you are a critical element of the program, serving as the BRIDGE closing the gap of an active duty service member's military SKILL to more efficiently integrate post service.

If you click on the "outline" hyperlink you will see the template of what Chad has to follow and complete within 85 days.

The upside of covid-19 prompted best use of this program as a unique hybrid approach and tracks the intern from where you are.

I welcome others you want to bridge no matter where the service member's home of record is. The ARRC is well positioned to intern all of your interested and approved candidates, just let me know. Semper Fi, Al

      P.S. Welcome to our community!

Welcome aboard! Good morning Chad this Albert Guzman. I signed my Learners Articles of Agreement Dec. 9, 2009! What a great journey it has been! Albert Renteria has been a valuable asset! Helping me to persevere through tough times that I have in business. Our motto " Refuse to Fail" is the charge to never give up! My brother a Navy Veteran that pass away last month was a thorn in side of Albert Renteria and myself when he came to us after his wife died. Very bitter! He was able to use the center to help himself and other homeless Veterans! Has the quote in the back of SWVBRC.ORG said We shall Fail or Falter. We shall not Weather or Tire. Give us the tools and we will Finish The JOB! He used SWVBRC,ORG to improve his life style and get the benefits he earned by serving his country. He started a business with another Veteran doing clean ups for foreclosed homes. He also helped a family of five to get VASH program and got them off the streets! I thank Albert Renteria for his volunteering his time to help us Veterans to SUCCEED. As a 100 percent disable Veteran Albert Renteria has showed me to take off the DIS! gave me an opportunity to have the ABILITY to " Refuse To FAIL" Again Welcome aboard! Albert Guzman

      Albert,

Great to hear from another Learner. I agree, Albert has been a tremendous asset in my transition out of the military, "Veterans cross the finish line together!"

I'm sorry to hear about your brother. My brother was also a Veteran and he passed away 2 years ago. Thank you for sharing your story and thank you for your support!

DOD Welcome home-small.jpg A welcoming home for our Troops.

Welcoming home our men and women doesn't end after the crowd disperses, it MUST continue on for the life of the Veteran! They've served us, now we will serve them with programs that work so they reintegrate into society.

We are a national public benefit nonprofit organization that educates American Communities about best practices to serve Veterans.  We honor their service by empowering Veterans to apply their training and skills to successfully transition to productive careers and enterprises.

We provide free vocational training 24/7 to all of our members through our website, in addition to local events.  We believe the tenet that American Communities are the ultimate beneficiaries when Veterans claim their benefits and invest in productive endeavors.

The SWVBRC enlists the support of members of local Communities like you to increase Veteran awareness of the value of obtaining a VA card and receiving earned benefits.

Sponsorships, donations, volunteers and support from communities like yours enable us to reach out to Veterans and empower them to transition back into successful, productive enterprises that ultimately benefit all Americans and support future generations.
