    Major duties and responsibilities: 

    • Interpret transportation regulations to determine applicable shipping requirements.
    • Analyze transportation policies and regulations to improve procedural changes for operational efficiency.
    • Review periodic changes of travel regulations or policies to update local transportation procedures.
    • Analyze multiple shipping data sources to ensure the accuracy of shipping costs.
    • Utilize an automated transportation system to ship and receive personal property for customers.
    • Track automated shipment status of personal property, household goods, etc.
