    Job Description

    The Clerical Support Staff is responsible for ensuring smooth office flow and providing excellent customer service. Performs general administrative duties and data entry. Extensive standing, sitting, computer, phone, and deskwork required; some kneeling and lifting of up to 10 pounds required; work primarily in a defined office environment with specified hours, although flexible hours including overtime may be required; interacts one on one and in groups with
    individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.

    Requirements

    High School diploma or equivalent. One year clerical or administrative office experience. The Clerical Support Staff must be able to perform in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities. This position requires good organization

    B.  Program Analyst I and II, Navy Environmental Compliance Program
    Looking for a candidate that has experience with the Navy Environmental Financial Program, including planning, developing and monitoring the financial progress of the MILCON Program, Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program, Centrally Managed Funds for environmental projects, non-appropriated funded program, Other Direct Cite, reimbursable type funding, and unspecified minor construction.  We require a 2 year degree (or equivalent certification) in accounting, finance or other business-related field OR the equivalent (minimum 3 years) demonstrated work experience in accounting, finance or other business-related field.   Must be U.S. Citizen and be able to pass National Agency Check.

    Military Construction
    •        Monitoring the progress of the current year design program. Formulating the MILCON design budget requirements through coordinating with all the project stakeholders. Ensuring budget year design projects, current working estimates (CWES) and schedules are in place and accurate. Assisting in prioritizing project requirement. Providing detailed financial analysis and status of MILCON design project requirements. Making recommendations in prioritizing project expenditures and making briefs to division director on status.
    •        Monitoring the progress of the construction program. Reporting progress of schedule collateral equipment procurement. Monitoring all outstanding commitments.
    •        Providing assistance to project managers in working estimates, project schedules, construction job order numbers, reimbursable income; SIOH calculations; suspense correction. Performing project audits.
    •        Assisting in managing the MILCON allotment program. Correcting discrepancies in project estimates and schedules. Reconciling project assignments against MILCON allotment by subheads.
    Centrally Managed Funds/BRAC Funds for Environmental Projects
    •        Assisting in planning, developing and monitoring the financial execution of the Environmental programs.
    •        Monitoring the progress of the current year budget, commitments, obligations, and accrual of funds against budget execution plan.
    •        Coordinating the collection and consolidation of project data for datacalls.
    •        Reviewing and interpreting new and established directives, instructions, regulations, etc. and delegations of authority for potential impact on major program objectives, operating policies, work operations, and progress. Preparing internal instructions, operating policies, procedures and guidelines concerning assigned programs and recommends required changes and adjustments to assure proper and adequate accomplishment of major program goals and objectives.

    •         Reviewing and monitoring all procurement documents. Coordinating process of formulating projections. Providing guidance in collecting data for projecting monthly analyzes reports and produces analysis versus projection.
    •         Analyzing and submitting monthly reports on collections, projections, corrections and suspense discrepancies.
