Specific experience in the following areas is required: Solid understanding of good RTL code and programmable logic system design practices, generation of RTL code (VHDL, Verilog) for programmable logic (FPGA, CPDL) systems, conversion of system requirements into synthesizable code using good coding practices and industry standard/vendor tools such as Xilinx ISE, Testbench simulation of RTL designs using industry standard tools such as ModelSim, integration lab hardware test and debug.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The CV-SHARP Business Analyst provides broad, in-depth services to
Naval Aviation Aircraft Carriers and Commander Naval Air Forces
(CNAF) by maximizing and enhancing use of application functionality
as a training management system (TMS).  Specific duties include:
•        Work independently on assigned task-oriented projects; make
presentations, draw conclusions, make recommendations for policy

CV-SHARP usage; monitors fleet inputs and usage, looks for shortfalls

performance. Participates in strategic, tactical, and operational
level planning and management studies.  Participates in studies and
assessments.  Analyzes metrics and provides reports and

MAJOR OR EQUIVALENT YEARS EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Experience: 
•        4 years of professional experience in relevant business or
technical field with graduate degree in Operations Analysis, Systems

Lead the system analysis for optical communication systems, including
terrestrial and non-terrestrial applications. The required analyses
will include modeling all aspects of the atmospheric channel and
communication system, e.g. dust, rain, fog, scintillation, various
military battlefield obscurants. The emphasis will require the detail
to be commensurate with the objective requirements. Initially, these

resolution simulation. These include all known aspects of saturation,
linearity, polarization, sunlight impact and filters, coding

understanding of modulating retro-reflectors and implementation into
a communication system and the effects of modulation depth, insertion

coding approaches for FSOC for highest data integrity for the given

maximize SNR and connectivity; develop optical scanning/tracking
systems for hand held optical communications; conduct system test,

Education/Experience Requirements:

Prepare certification and accreditation (C&A) documentation to
support the DITSCAP/DIACAP approval process within the Department of
the Navy (DON). Provide information for use in improving the C&A
guidance and recommendations to APMs, Echelon II, and Fleet
authorities to reflect changing needs and best practices in IA.
Provide notification to the C&A community of program issues according
to established CA guidelines. Review and track C&A documentation
provided by programs of record (POR), centrally managed systems,
Joint Programs and Systems, Legacy, site, Architecture and locally
acquired programs to ensure that DITSCAP/DIACAP documentation
complies with the provision of DoD 5200.40 (DITSCAP), DoD 8500 series

Provide documentation security analysis and review; summarize
required information in CA Endorsement Letters to support CA risk

Skills
