    1.  CACI Opportunities:

    A.  Dahlgren, VA, Lead (Technical) Program Analyst, JR 43443

    Duties:

    CACI is looking for experienced technical Program and Management Analysts for a Navy Surface Ship Technical/Engineering opportunity.  The successful candidates will participate in and manage teams of surface ship technical and engineering specialists supporting various technical and programmatic requirements for W Department, NSWC Dahlgren, VA. In addition, these Analysts will participate in and/or manage technical reviews, studies and analyses, integrated product teams, project budgets, and employee requirements.  Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    ·        Research and preparation of technical and managerial white papers, point papers, and position papers

    ·        Prepare and conduct impact assessments and trade studies

    ·        WBS preparation, use, and update

    ·        Development and coordination of Task Planning Sheets

    ·        Project planning, requirements identification, engineering, status reporting, and cost and time estimates

    ·        Work package definition, preparation, and coordination

    ·        Risk mitigation planning

    Required Qualifications:

    Must have a current DoD SECRET Security Clearance to qualify.

    Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven to nine years of general program management experience and at least two years of specific surface ship technical program management support experience.  Specific surface ship technical program management experience includes experience in at least three of the following technical program management areas in the past five years:

    ·         Combat system planning, tracking, and oversight, including management of the computer program requirements, 

    ·         Metric identification, collection, and analysis for combat system development, maintenance, and certification, 

    ·         Tactical system certification from requirements definition through development, test, authorization/certification, and installation, 

    ·         Strategic, trade-off, and impact studies to accomplish process improvement, infrastructure reduction, and economies of scale, 

    ·         Tactical program/project risk identification, mitigation, and management, 

    ·         Combat system dependency identification, development critical path identification, assessment, and analysis, 

    ·         Multi-project management in a matrix organization, 

    ·         Tactical system resource estimation, scheduling and coordination,

    ·         Combat system CM and Fleet modernization.

    General Program Management experience includes traditional program management support acquired in relevant areas such as combat system computer program development and certification; engineering; quality assurance; configuration management; risk management; metrics collection and analyses; and process definition activities and products.  Experience in traditional program management tasks including project planning, tracking, and oversight; project reporting; work package planning and tracking; trade studies; budget planning and execution; engineering; quality assurance; configuration management; risk management; and metrics identification, analysis, and reporting.

    Desired Qualifications:

    Experience in maintaining and/or operating shipboard combat systems, in particular Aegis and SSDS experience is highly desired

    Experience in surface ship software certification processes is also desired.

    B.  Norfolk, VA, Logistics Analyst, JR 45267

    Duties:

    CACI has an immediate opening for a Logistics Analyst to perform the Fleet Assistance Shipboard Training (FAST). The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for providing data mining, analysis and reporting.  This includes:

    ·         Assisting in developing recommendations and identifying requirements to support and enhance ongoing execution of maintenance system analysis operations. 

    ·         Assisting in coordinating program activities for deployed units to ensure effective and economic support.

    ·         Analyzing and evaluating process shortfalls and make recommendations for improvements.

    ·         Determining logistic support sequences and time phasing.

    ·         Anticipating logistics problems related to operational area and environmental and human factors.

    ·         Determining contingency requirements and solutions.

    ·         May design and conduct research or technical studies to support logistic functions. 

    Required Qualifications: Must have a current DoD SECRET Security Clearance to qualify.

    Requires bachelor's degree (in Logistics Management, Mathematics or related field) or equivalent experience, and 5 to 7 years of related Navy logistics experience. Must be capable of demonstrating extensive knowledge of the current NALCOMIS and R-Supply systems and their relationships.  

    Desired Qualifications:

    Familiarity with MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word, Access) highly desired.  Ability to perform relational table/data manipulation using MS Excel, Word is also desired.

    C.  Norfolk, VA, Navy Maintenance Systems Analyst (Surface Maintenance)/Computer Systems Analyst, JR 45247

    Duties:

    CACI has a requirement for a Navy Maintenance Systems Analyst (Surface Maintenance)/Computer Systems Analyst in our Norfolk, VA office.  These analysts are responsible for training and fielding the Navy's Organizational Maintenance Management System - Next Generation (OMMS-NG) application to Navy ships and commands around the world. Extensive travel is required.

    Duties include providing a wide range of services in support of Navy or Marine Corps maintenance and configuration management related software, ensuring the software satisfies the functional requirements of Navy and Marine Corps publications and other government directives pertaining to aviation maintenance and configuration management. Provides implementation training and database testing, trouble report analysis and resolution. Performs follow-up assistance by phone or on-site to evaluate effectiveness of the implementation or assist. Prepare reports describing tasks assigned/accomplished and make recommendations on training needs, attendance requirements, and resources necessary for developing and conducting maintenance and configuration management related training courses.

    Required Qualifications: Must be eligible to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance.

    Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and five to seven years of related Navy maintenance systems experience. This experience must include:

    ·         Five (5) years Navy, Marine Corps intermediate and/or organizational surface maintenance department/division in support of intermediate and/or organizational surface maintenance and configuration management systems, to include: design, development, test and evaluation, network protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows based operating system.

    ·         Technical training in a Navy or Marine Corps automated maintenance and configuration systems environment.

    ·         Three (3) years experience interpreting and defining software requirements as identified in Navy and Marine Corps surface maintenance directives and procedures and communicating the requirements both verbally and in writing to computer software and documentation developers.

    ·         Three (3) years extensive hands-on experience in a functional and/or technical position supporting : OMMS NG (preferred), OMMS, Micro OMMS, MRMS, NEMAIS or RMAIS or other maintenance systems supported by the SSC Atlantic-Tidewater office.

    Must be able to obtain one or more of the following (or other, similar industry-approved) certifications within 18 months of assuming duties:

    ·        Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) (Previously known as Certified Software Engineering Professional (CSEP)

    ·        Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD),

    ·        Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA),

    ·        Sun Certified Professional (SCP), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP),

    ·        CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).

    Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

    Must be willing to travel extensively

    Desired Qualifications:

    ·         Experience with the NTCSS Viking release.

    ·         Experience with Relational Admin, R-SUPPLY, OOMA, or NALCOMIS.
