    3.  Amazon Opportunities, Area Managers & Operations Managers:

Hello, I’m the military recruiter for Amazon, one of the best performing companies in the world.  We have positions called Area Managers and Operations Managers.  I have attached the job descriptions for you.

    ·        Are you open to relocation?  If so, what areas?  We have locations in the following states-Arizona, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

    ·        What is the largest number of associates that you have directly supervised?

    ·        Are you open to flexible scheduling?  Nights?  Weekends?

    ·        What are you currently looking for as far as salary?

    ·        What is your “Available-to-start date/window?”

    ·        For any further information, please feel free to visit www.amazon.com/careers

    ·        Here are a couple of videos that are not up to date, but provide a great visual:

If you feel that a Corporate role is a better bit, then please allow me to facilitate an introduction to the appropriate staffing manager.  Go ahead and apply, and send me your resume as an attachment with the job title and requisition number in the subject line.

I’m an open networker, so I encourage you to connect with me on LinkedIn.com, follow me on Twitter.com, and take a look at the videos and material posted to the Amazon group on www.myvetwork.com.

After I receive this information, and load your resume into the system, I would like to spend about 30 minutes on the phone with you to get to know you.  What is a good date/time for you?  I’m typically open from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm Pacific Time, and possibly on Saturdays.  In the spirit of sports rivalry, I’ll leave you with this final thought; “Go Navy!”
