    4.  Global Network Recruiting Headhunter Opportunity, Electrical Power Distribution Positions

    A major defense corporation is expanding their Power Grid Business Unit.

    Their goal is to provide products and systems to interconnect small scale electrical power generating sources into smart power grids. Location of these systems may be in armed forces support areas or here at home interconnecting wind or solar power sources.

    Expected are 20 new positions for EE design engineers up to Subject Matter Experts in Power Distribution

    ·        Experience in integration of Distributed Energy Resources (Distributed Generation)

    ·        Design of grid-tied and islanded microgrids and microgrid technologies.

    ·        Ability to develop system and subsystem performance requirements.

    ·        Experience in power flow analysis, distribution systems component selection and analysis, and distribution system coordination studies.

    ·        Knowledge of applying NEC and UL codes and regulations to power distribution systems.

    ·        Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a minimum SECRET clearance.

    5.  Ideal Innovations Opportunity, Future Operations Officer

    Battelle National Security Global Business is seeking Future Operations Officers to support Combined Joint Task Force Paladin for the DoD Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO). This position requires staff to be self-reliant; versatile; comfortable working in a military expeditionary environment; diplomatic; and effective communicators.

    MINIMUM Requirements:

    ·        This position involves 6-month deployment rotations in Afghanistan in a Combined Explosives Exploitation Cell (CEXC)

    ·        Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in laboratory R&D methods and operations.

    ·        Physical ability and commitment to deploy to Afghanistan as a CEXC team member for a period of no longer than 180 days, working 12-hour days 7-days a week.

    ·        Familiarity with ATTAC, CIDNE, WTI Lexicon and SIPRNET.

    ·        U.S. citizenship with the eligibility to obtain and maintain DOD Secret security clearance.

    MAJOR Responsibilities:

    ·        Become the Subject Matter Expert for the CEXC program in Afghanistan.

    ·        Document procedures, progress, and problems of ongoing CEXC system.

    ·        Recommend concepts for continuous improvement in procedures and equipment.

    ·        Initiate efforts to doctronize the CECX system for deployment in future theaters.

    HIghly desired REQUIREMENTS:

    ·        Experience with chemical or forensic operations in a civilian or military R&D laboratory.

    ·        Experience working in a CEXC, WIT, C-IED Team, DTK Lab, JEFF, TEDAC Facility, or other NGIC, DIA or ATF Lab; interagency or state/ local law enforcement lab.

    A.  Barksdale AFB, LA Senior Intelligence Analyst/Task Lead, Job # TZ-1002707 (CONUS-LA) (TS) [USAF Nuclear Bomber]

    Position Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION: Selected candidate will identify and recommend resolutions to doctrine, policy and legal issues as they pertain to the USAF nuclear bomber set. Provide organized, analytical assessments to understand and/or evaluate complex issues to improve policy development, decision-making, management and administration of USAF nuclear forces. Research, collect and assess current and past nuclear training, education and career force development programs for intelligence personnel and assist in developing comprehensive technical and non-technical training programs for intelligence personnel assigned to USAF bomber nuclear forces to ensure compatibility between units. Assist in the development of standardized initial qualification training for nuclear assigned intelligence personnel and also the development of follow-on training specific to the type of weapon system/aircraft. Review AF Career Field Education & Training Plans (CFETP), recommend changes to the Intelligence Job Qualifications (JQS) for officers and enlisted to better incorporate nuclear related intelligence requirements. Assist the government in development and execution of collection management functions in support of the USAF nuclear enterprise. Develop and implement collection manager training covering applications and processes peculiar to nuclear operations. Assist the government in the development of unit support processes and organizational plans for B-52 and B-2 aircraft units. Identify and recommend solutions to complex problems that directly affect the accomplishment of the organization’s goals and objectives; participate in the development and management of plans and strategies for the internal and external integration of day-to-day and long-range projects, actions, and activities affecting the organization; attend AFGSC/A2 in Joint Intelligence Forums; oversee complex intelligence functions that will enable the organization to accomplish its mission and bridge the gap between the present and future organizational requirements; and identify and implement plan of action needed to meet the requirements of the task or action. Conduct extensive analysis of intelligence operations to identify and determine the best and most efficient practices; make recommendation for improved performance, and implements solutions; resolve conflicting guidance and develop implementation strategies for achieving compliance.

    Monitors and assures the implementation of AFGSC/A2 policies and guidance; plan, coordinate, and organize large-scale projects and manage the cooperative efforts of personnel across organizational boundaries to provide staff support; participate in the synthesis, integration, and coordination of key organizational plans, activities, and events; lead or participate on special projects or studies; and serves as a subject matter expert on intelligence working groups to plan and develop strategies to address intelligence issues and concerns

    Specific Requirements

    ·        Prior USAF Intelligence background (senior level) with Nuclear/Bomber experience

    ·        Training experience

    Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred in Sciences (or related field) and 12+ years related experience.

    Position Description

    Utilize your Supply Chain Planning experience to be the technical resource (i.e. subject matter expert) for the design and implementation for reporting tools, replenishment and allocations systems and all SCPO initiatives.

    Desired Skills: Prior experience in a retail organization is preferred.

    Specific Requirements

    ·        Minimum of 10 years experience in the software development life cycle.

    ·        Minimum of 4 years in an Application Architect or Technical Lead position

    ·        Minimum 5 years experience with JDA/Manugistics Demand Planning, Fulfillment and Collaboration

    ·        Minimum 2 years experience with JDA Version 7l2 or greater and upgrading to version 7.4 is highly desired.

    ·        Minimum 6 years experience in enterprise application development in .NET, ASP, C#, Java, RPG, etc.

    ·        Minimum 5 years experience in relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server and/or DB2.

    ·        Extensive experience in source control, unit testing, code verification, documentation, code reviews, etc.

    ·        Broad understanding of OS/400, UNIX, Linux and Windows

    Educational Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
