    1.  Corporate Recharge Opportunity, Defense-International Business Development Manager – US Based

    Reporting to the CEO of this Australian company this position is the lead sales role focussing on defence opportunities. The role also includes the development of the pipeline of these opportunities through alignment with new and existing channels that currently service the defence segments.

    In this position you are responsible for taking the lead on response and proactive proposal development for specific defence opportunities, ensuring quality proposal documentation with company wide support. This involves managing the development and implementation of the win strategy, mobilising the required Mobilarm or channel resources, leading the team allocated to develop the solution and proposal and defining the partnering approach to ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement and endorsement.

    As a highly motivated and experienced defence business development manager you will focus on growing revenue through new customer acquisition. Through careful sales planning you will identify and close new opportunities and work with both internal resources and external business partners to deliver solutions that will address the customer’s employee safety requirements. You will be required to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and work in local and international markets.

    Major Areas of Responsibility:

    ·        Develop and execute a sales strategy for new business acquisition in the international defence markets

    ·        Providing accurate sales forecasting to management

    ·        Negotiate supply contracts and service level agreements with new customers

    ·        Proactively work with defence OH&S and Safety Officers in identifying man overboard employee risks

    ·        Provide constructive feedback to the management team for the development of marketing strategies and new products

    ·        Maximise customer satisfaction

    ·        Work with internal support

    ·        Pro-actively work with channel partners in providing a complete solution

    Performance Metrics:

    ·        Product sales revenue

    ·        Gross margin contribution

    ·        Quota achievement

    ·        Forecast accuracy

    Education and Work Experience:

    ·        Minimum of five years business-to-business sales experience in technology related products

    ·        Must have worked in the defence marine markets

    ·        Have a proven track record in value driven sales

    ·        Be highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

    ·        Possess high-level negotiation skills & business acumen

    ·        Have an in-depth understanding of the marine environment

    ·        The ability to communicate and present to executive and board level

    ·        Experience and/or understanding of Occupational Health & Safety is desirable

    ·        Have a business and/or marketing degree or equivalent

    2.  L-3 Intelligence Solutions Division, Iraq, Foreign Disclosure Advisor

    Selection and Employment Criteria:

    ·        Minimum of one year of foreign disclosure experience and MI background desired.

    ·        Knowledge of security classification and information security procedures required.

    ·        Current Top Secret/SCI clearance required.  

    ·        This position will require performance of work 12 hours per day, 7 days per week.

    Duties:

    ·        Serves as staff intelligence advisor, under the direction of the MNF-I FDO, in policy and execution of disclosure of information to coalition members.  This position provides stability and continuity in a critical staff section that experiences high military turnover.    

    ·        Advises the MNF-I FDO on oversight and implementation of foreign disclosure procedures within MNF-I.

    ·        Advises the MNF-I FDO on the release of material to coalition partners, which originates from US national channels /systems.  

    ·        Assists the MNF-I FDO with the coalition security classification guide, based upon releasability criteria from CENTCOM.  

    ·        Provides staff assistance visits and training to MNF-I staff and subordinate commands on FDO procedures.
