    Job Description/Responsibilities:

    Provide support to OPNAV N86 for Area and Ship Self Defense, Systems Engineering / Standard Missile Requirements Support. Responsibilities include:

    ·        Coordination of preparation of milestone documentation in support of the ORD Development and JROC approval.

    ·        Assist in preparation of briefs, papers, procurement and installation schedules related to program cost, schedule, and performance.

    ·        Provide programming, planning and budgeting support which would include review budget exhibits, develop quad charts, initiate BTR action, develop briefs.

    ·        Assist and prepare impact statements, white papers, and executive summaries to support Congressional queries, DoD, other Government agency or industry inquiries.

    ·        Prepare power point briefs, written reports, official correspondence to assist the Division Director/Branch Head. Support test and evaluation planning.

    ·        Assist in preparation of Funding, Risk Management, MCP analysis and procurement and installation schedules.

    ·        Assist in preparation of Reports, studies, and MCP and FNC analysis and input.

    ·        Participate in the Working groups, provide assistance with monitoring and oversight of budget and assist in budget plus-up execution.

    ·        Assist in supporting IPTs, special advisory groups, off-sites, working groups. This will include Echelon II Review, minutes, analysis.

    Qualifications:

    ·        Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline plus 15 years experience or more than 20 years experiences as a military officer, preferably as a Surface Warfare Officer.  Master's degree plus 12 years work experience or doctorate plus 8 years of work experience. 

    ·        In rare circumstances, education and/or experience requirements may be decreased or waived if the individual has an extraordinary educational background or uniquely applicable experience or highly specialized knowledge. 

    ·        Familiarity with DoD acquisition and requirements, ship operations, warfare system integration and operations a must. 

    ·        Working knowledge of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) a plus. Navy ship experience/service a plus. 

    ·        OPNAV/Pentagon experiences a plus. Experience in project management a plus. 

    ·        Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

    ·        Strong writing skills and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

    ·        SECRET clearance required.

    6.  Stark Aerospace Opportunity,  Metro DC, USA Business Development Manager

    Position Overview
    The manager of UAS Business Development is responsible for generating pursuit and capture plans relative to the company Long range strategic plan (LRSP) and annual operating plan (AOP), identifying opportunities to market the company UAS portfolio, assists the Director of UAS Business Development with customer shaping and campaign plans, and participates in marketing events including trade shows and conferences.  This job requires extensive domestic (40% of the time) and occasional foreign travel.  The manager of UAS Business Development will also participate in proposal preparations, and black team and red team reviews.  The Manager of UAS Business Development reports to the Director of UAS Business Development.

    Essential Job Functions

    The individual must have the competency to identify and quantify opportunities that are in alignment with the services and products that Stark Aerospace presents to DoD and DHS agencies.  

    ·        Identifies and makes customer contacts.

    ·        Identifies and implements business development projects relative to UAS Division products and services.   Develops marketing strategies and tactics relative to market opportunity.   

    ·        Helps to shape UAS customer requirements.

    ·        Develops CONOPS for potential customers.

    ·        Participates in proposal preparation.

    Required Education/Experience/Skills


    Prior experience in
    U.S. military aviation as a pilot, navigator, or UAV operator.   BS degree or equivalent with a minimum of 9+ years of related experience in UAS systems, Aviation Operations, Aerospace Business Development, or UAS, Sensor Program Management.  Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance. Active Secret clearance within the past 12 months.  Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
