    8.  SAVA Opportunity, Metro DC, Director, Business Development

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBLILITES

    ·        Develop targeted account plans to achieve  financial and strategic goals, conduct periodic account reviews.

    ·        Identify and qualify opportunities to build a pipeline that is consistent with achieving the company’s strategic goals.

    ·        Lead capture management activities and develop capture strategies for new business opportunities and recompletes. Act as capture manger for small opportunities and supervise capture managers for others.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    ·        10+ years experience selling IT services for a systems integrator.  Military experience is a plus.

    ·        5+ years leading business development efforts in a given territory. 2+ years using sales force automation tools.

    ·        Demonstrated success targeting and winning services contracts.

    ·        Current Secret Clearance desired.

    9.  SNR systems Opportunity, Columbia MD, Senior Systems Engineer

    SNR Systems is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with significant project management experience.  The position will be located in northern Virginia and may be relocated to the Columbia, Maryland area in about a year. Position requires an individual with experience and a keen understanding of important US Federal network infrastructures including, but not limited to, DISN (NIPR, SIPR, DATMS, DISN-Core), JWICS, Tech Controls, STEP Sites, MilSatcom, and/or Unified Command networks.  Candidates should have relevant and current experience with the following technologies (* extremely important):

    ·        SONET*,

    ·        WDM (DWDM/CWDM) *

    ·        IP/MPLS *

    ·        ETHERNET

    ·        ATM

    ·        TDM,

    ·        Serial, Wireless/RF/Satellite

    11. Aerotek CE Opportunities, San Diego, CA;

    A. DSP Software Engineer

    Qualified candidates will be responsible for the design and development of real-time embedded, digital signal processing software for advanced radio communications equipment.

    Qualifications:

    ·        Minimum 8 years experience in the design, implementation, and test of embedded software.

    ·        Experience with Texas Instrument DSPs and development environments

    ·        Experience with DSP development environment (Code Composer, etc)

    ·        Experience with DSP emulators (XDS560, etc)

    ·        BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

    ·        Working knowledge of FPGA

    ·        ARM and/or Freescale microprocessor experience

    B. Software/Project Lead

    The selected applicant will be responsible for the design and development of real-time embedded software for advanced radio communications equipment.

    ·         Leading a small to medium size team to define and develop the system & software architecture required to implement features and capabilities for software defined radios.

    ·         Participate in or leading all phases of the software development life cycle (requirements analysis, high level design, detailed design, coding, unit test, integration, system level test).

    ·         Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of the system design within time and cost constraints.

    ·         Develop and be accountable for cost and schedule estimates for assigned project.  Provide periodic project status to upper management.

    ·         Define and implement project specific plan & procedures.

    Qualifications:

    ·        Bachelor of Science in CS/CE/EE discipline along with 10-15+ years of directly related experience

    ·        Experienced in all phases of system development lifecycle in embedded environment.

    ·        Skilled in system level architecture / requirements definition and associated tools (such as DOORS).

    ·        5+ years experience leading product development teams and mentoring other engineers.  Responsibilities include cost, schedule, staffing, project status tracking and reporting, and interfacing with upper mgmt and other stakeholders (internal & external).

    ·        Knowledgeable and experience in project management and tools (MS Project, schedule, cost estimation, etc.)

    ·        Technical skills including C/C++, Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) and associated tools (such as Rational Rose), Real-time operating systems, and Unified Modeling Language (UML).

    ·        Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP. IP v4, IP v6, etc.)

    ·        Experienced in SEI CMMI implementation and organizational process improvement.

    Experience in military command, control and communications. Must have extensive background in requirements analysis, advanced warfighting concepts and doctrine, and tactics, techniques, and procedures. Experience in computer systems and their application to tactical programs is required. Analyzes and provides recommendations on issues dealing with system and operational architectures. Coordinates with user community representatives throughout all phases of development concerning requirements definition, clarification, prioritization, and alternatives. Applies emerging doctrine and tactics to system design and development. Assesses the impact of programmatic and technical options on stated user requirements and doctrine.

    Requirements- TS security clearance, Bachelors Degree and 5 years of experience.
