    1. TASC Opportunity, Assistant Facility Security/Assistant Contract Program Security Officer.

    The clearance and alphabet soup (i.e. JAFAN, NISPOM etc ) are non-negotiable.

    Employee will provide day-to-day security oversight of a Special Access Program (SAP) and provide support as Assistant Facility Security Officer in accordance with the Joint Air Force Army navy (JAFAN) Directives, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DOD Overprint to the NISPOM Supplement. Successful candidate must have in-depth knowledge of security requirements for SAP programs and JAFAN Directive Series. Duties include but are not limited to: document control, classification management, preparation for transmission and courier of classified material, preparation of reports and other documentation related to full range of specialized security functions. Candidate will conduct program inventories and audits and develop and conduct security education training for employees. Candidates will be responsible to the facility security officer for the development, preparation, implementation, maintenance and customer approval of Security Plans., Standard Operating procedures, etc. Position requires a working knowledge of the NISPOM. Local travel will be required.  Applicant must have a final DOD Top Secret security clearance based on an investigation completed within last 5 years.. Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communications skills are essential. Good working knowledge of computers and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required. Application needs a minimum of two years of related experience and will process BA/BS or equivalent experience. Knowledge of Communications Security (COMSEC) procedures and Navy correspondence and computer networks are pluses.

    3.  T3W Business Solutions Opportunities, USDA Rural Development Office – Washington D.C. and St. Louis MO

    A.     Project Manager (St. Louis MO only)

    Description:  Manage system development projects. Work with customers to understand business requirements. Coordinate activities of the project team to ensure success of systems integration projects.  Serve as single point of contact for customers for project schedules, project documentation, project activities, pricing and invoices, and other issue resolution. Develop functional requirements and create functional specifications as needed. Implement a comprehensive project methodology and operating procedure for application development projects. Perform Quality Assurance checks on project deliverables. Ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.

    Other requirements:

    ·        Familiar with Geospatial information management solutions including analysis and design of geospatial service-oriented architecture

    ·        Must pass Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)

    ·        Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to effectively interact with all levels of client users and management

    ·        Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

    B.  System Engineer II

    Description:  Survey technical infrastructures and make recommendations regarding enterprise wide systems and network architectures to meet organization-wide requirements. Coordinate the delivery, installation, and configuration of hardware, operating systems, software and network components for enterprise-wide systems. Perform requirements studies for Geospatial Information Management Systems. Design and help install and configure Geospatial Information Management Systems. Provide first line of support maintenance services for Geospatial Information Management Systems including all hardware and software components.

    Other requirements:

    ·        Familiar with system applications associated with geospatial technology:

    o       ArcGIS, ArcObjects, ArcSDE

    ·        Must pass Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)

    C.  Technical Writer

    Description:  Develop user, reference and procedure manuals for computer systems. Design and maintain written style guides and templates for various documents. Assist in the development of functional specification documents. Follow a comprehensive development methodology and project practices. Provide management reports and updates on project status.

    Other requirements:

    ·        Experience designing Microsoft Word templates and customizing template styles

    ·        Experience with the production of technical documents, briefings, and process documents

    ·        Experience recording and publishing meeting minutes

    ·        Above average proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    ·        English, Communications, Journalism, or Technical Writing Degree preferred

    ·        Must pass Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)

    D.  Functional Specialist

    Description:  Possess demonstrated knowledge in designated field or discipline.  Possesses significant experience providing solutions to an organization’s challenges through the application of knowledge gained through similar prior engagements. Participates in the development of solutions by leveraging knowledge of the designated field or discipline. Contributes to the implementation of strategy and helps assess the impact of industry trends, policies, and/or standard methodologies. Directs the activities of other staff as necessary on activities related to the field or discipline.

    Other requirements:

    ·        Experience in testing or working with a real time operating system

    ·        Testing or developing with applications

    ·        Preparing Plans, Test Descriptions, and technical reports

    ·        Familiarity with the engineering life cycle

    ·        Must pass Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)

    E.  Systems Analyst/Programmer II

    Description:  Coordinate with internal and external customers to gain an understanding of their business requirements. Analyze and define customers’ functional requirements and create functional specifications design documents. Develop and document the technical systems design for applications. Supervise development and testing of application program modules. Develop, test, and document complex application program modules. Provide management reports and updates on project status.  Install and set-up applications, tools, and project-related technologies. Perform as project team leader on system implementation projects.

    Other requirements:

    ·        Develop/Generate Target Databases and Geo-databases

    ·        Develop Geospatial Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

    ·        Effectively interact with all levels of client users and management

    ·        Must pass Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)

    F.  Systems Analyst/Programmer I:

    Description:  Work with customers and project team members to understand business requirements. Assist in the development of functional requirements and creation of functional specifications. Assist in the development and documentation of technical system design for applications. Perform logical database normalization and design. Design, develop, test, and document application program modules. Meet project deadlines for assigned tasks.

    Other requirements:

    ·        Familiarization of designing Web Applications

    ·        Experienced with Geospatial Web Applications

    ·        Experienced with server maintenance and database size

    ·        Familiarization of help desk work order process

    ·        Must pass Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)
