County of Riverside Human Resources Department - Risk Management Division


Jeffrey L. Hunter is a Senior Risk Analyst for the County of Riverside, Risk Management Division and has been with the County since January 2000.  Jeffrey's responsibilities include Commercial General, Special Events, Aviation Aircraft/Hull, Airport and Property Liability programs.  With all of Jeffrey's program responsibilities Contractual Risk Transfer plays an integral part in the day to day process of risk management; specifically Hold Harmless and Indemnification language as well as clear expectations of insurance requirements and the importance of having a clear scope of services explanation.

Jeffreys previous experience includes Workers Compensation and Operations Management including experience as a Paralegal with an emphasis in Civil Litigation

Tracey Lawrence Collins is a Surety Professional with more than 20 years of experience meeting the bond needs of businesses that do or desire to participate in government contracting.  Currently, she serves as Vice-President of Sales and Underwriting for South Coast Surety and Insurance Services, a national known surety-only agency based in San Clemente, CA.  Tracey has been activiely involved in all aspects of the surety business.  Tracey has held underwriting positions with appreciable underwriting authority with two of the three largest surety companies in America.  She has worked on both the east an west coasts, handled contract and commercial surety accounts, closed standard and nonstandard surety deals, and has held management position both on the agency and carrier sides of the business.  She loves what she does, because it helps businesses grow and changes the lives of business owners.  She just recently formed Lawrence Consulting Solutions, a state-certified small business that provides DBE Support Services.
