9:00a – 11:00a    - State Basic Payroll Seminar

  • ·         How and when to report State payroll taxes.
  • ·         How to distinguish between an employee and an independent contractor.
  • ·         About independent contractor reporting requirements.

11:15am – 12:30a - Best practices to get assistance       

 Presented by Wells Fargo Bank

  • ·      Identify assistance solutions to help your business with:
  • o   Payroll Services – including W-s, tax reporting, ect.
  • o   Workers Compensation
  • o   HR Support
  • o   Employee Benefits
  • o   Other available resources.
