In Memory of Captain James W Tobias Jr.JPG

The Vancouver center opened its doors on May 24, 2009 dedicated and in memory of Tobias' husband, Marine Capt. James W. Tobias Jr. He died June 30, 1956, when two airliners collided over the Grand Canyon. The collision killed 128 passengers and crew members on the United DC-7 and the TWA Constellation.
